Screen Recorder Pro has a Free plan so you can test the recorder on your own computer before you pay.

Purchases are final

Because the Free plan is a working trial, we do not offer refunds on paid plans once a license key has been issued. Please test the Free plan first to confirm the recorder suits your computer and your needs.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, or charged for a renewal after you cancelled, write to [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and we will correct it.

Cancel any time

Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the app returns to the Free plan. Your recordings remain yours.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
